-The study is carried out via Skype
-The study will start after payment of fees
- It is the responsibility of the student to have the sufficient means demanded for online learning such as:
*Arabic letter keyboard.
*SKYPE & Zoom accounts.
*A fast internet connection.
*Camera.
*Good speakers or headphones with microphone.
*Means of sending homework to the teacher such as a scanner and email.
- If there is a problem in connection from the side of the student he or she will still be charged but if from the side of the center, the center will compensate the student.
- If the student is unable to attend the lesson due to any reason whatsoever he will be charged for that lateness or absence.
- If the student did not attend the class for three days without prior notification, his study is considered canceled due to lack of seriousness of the student without the right of getting any refund or even transfer for future use.
- If the student is late for his class that exceeds 30 minutes the lesson will be considered canceled and no refund, and this missed time will not be covered.
- The 2 hours lesson includes a 15 minutes break and the level hours include the tests.
- There is not any refund, transfer to another person or deferring of the balance after the first day of beginning the study, even if the student wants to stop temporarily and resume later he will then lose his balance after the first lesson.
- The student can’t keep the study time agreed upon in case of pausing the study for one month.
